following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for
The Beechmont Automotive Group.
Information collection and use
The Beechmont Automotive Group is the sole owner of the information collected on
this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways
different from what is disclosed in this statement. The Beechmont Automotive
Group collects information from our users at several different points on our
website.
To order a vehicle
We request personal information from you via our website when you order a
vehicle.
Use of our website for ordering a vehicle is optional. At any time, you may
provide all required information to us via phone at (800) 407-3612 or when you
visit the dealership in person.
To order a vehicle via our website:
- You must provide contact information,
including first name, last name, state, zip code, email, a work phone number
and a home phone number. This information is used for confirmation of the
order via phone by a Customer Care Specialist and for future contact between
you and the Customer Care Specialist.
- If you wish for The Beechmont Automotive
Group to assist in obtaining financing, you must also provide the following
information: address, birth date, social security number, driver's license
number, length of time at current address, occupation, present employer,
employer's address, day time phone, length of current employment, gross
monthly income, landlord or mortgage company name, address, day time phone
and monthly rent or mortgage.
If you have financing already available, The Beechmont Automotive Group
requires the following information to confirm financing: address, name and
address of financial institution providing financing, account number, loan
officer name and day time phone of loan officer.
If you intend to pay cash, The Beechmont Automotive Group requires the
following information to confirm availability of funds: address, birth date,
social security number, driver's license number, length of time at current
address, occupation, present employer, employer's address, day time phone,
length of time in current employment, gross monthly income, name of bank,
bank address, phone number and account number.
- The Beechmont Automotive Group requires a
$250 deposit at the time of order. Required information includes: name of
credit card, name on card, account number, expiration date and billing zip
code.
Cookies
Like many websites, The Beechmont Automotive Group uses cookies. A cookie is a
text file ("cookies.txt" on a PC and "magic cookies" on a Macintosh) placed on
the user's hard drive by a website's server. This cookie contains information
about the user's session. The Beechmont Automotive Group' cookies serve two

- to allow The Beechmont Automotive Group to

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your email address.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time, our site requests information from users via surveys or
contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and
the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Information requested may include contact information (such as name and
address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact
information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such

Secure Socket Layer, or SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the
lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are
just "surfing."

We will occasionally send information on services, special deals, and a
newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option

Site and Service Updates
We also send customers updates regarding the status of their vehicle purchase
via phone, email or both. Customers are not able to un-subscribe to these email
notifications, which contain important information about their vehicle's status.
However, you may tell your Customer Care Specialist that you prefer phone
contact exclusively.
Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your email), or if
you no longer desire our service, you may email us the information at
sales@theautomile.com
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information
used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for
the information. For example, our order form has an "opt-out" mechanism so users
who register with our site, but don't want any marketing material, can keep
their email address off of our lists.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from
our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by emailing us at
sales@theautomile.com and letting us
know what you desire.
Users of our site are always notified when information is being collected by any
outside parties. We do this so you can make an informed choice as to whether you
should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.
